Zalman P50 PC Case: A Beautiful Showcase for Your PC Build

If you love a clean, modern PC setup where you can actually show off your components, the Zalman P50 DS is definitely worth checking out!

When I moved from Malaysia to New Zealand, I brought my pc components along and left the case behind. After much researching, I eventually settled on the Zalman P50 DS PC Case, and I absolutely LOVED it!

What immediately caught my attention was its gorgeous panoramic tempered-glass design, giving your PC build that open, display-worthy look. It’s especially appealing if you enjoy customizing your setup with RGB lighting and carefully chosen components.

My current PC setup isn’t quite my dream setup just yet (we’re getting there!), but I’m already so happy with the visual upgrade this case has given it.

What Makes It Worth Considering?

  • Panoramic glass design: Showcases your PC components and RGB lighting beautifully.
  • Spacious mid-tower layout: Supports ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards.
  • Four pre-installed ARGB fans: Comes with three side fans and one rear fan, so you don’t have to purchase all your cooling fans separately.
  • Flexible cooling options: Supports additional fans and radiators up to 360mm, depending on the mounting position.
  • Built-in digital display: Features a display for monitoring system information, such as temperatures.
  • Cable management: Provides good space and routing options to help keep your build organized.
  • Modern connectivity: Includes USB-C and USB 3.0 connectivity.

Pros & Cons

What I love

  • Gorgeous aesthetics: The panoramic glass makes the entire build look so much more premium.
  • Great for RGB setups: I love how the ARGB fans look in this build! Especially the inifinity ARGB fans!
  • Customizable cooling: I game and stream a fair bit and loved the options to add more fans to keep things cool and steady.
  • Built-in display: It’s useful, it’s cute, adds to the modern appearance, what’s not to like?
  • Spacious interior: Pretty good amount of room to work with, which was a must for me as I hated dealing with tiny spaces on my old pc.

Things to Consider

  • Not the most compact case: Its showcase-style design takes up a fair amount of desk space.
  • Heavy: It can be a little heavy if you are looking to move it around
  • Glass requires cleaning: Fingerprints and dust can be more noticeable on the glass panels. (Though, honestly, it hasn’t bothered me much yet – I don’t always touch the glass)
  • Additional cooling costs: Four fans are included, you’ll need to budget extra if you want to expand your cooling setup.

Who Is It For?

I’d recommend the Zalman P50 DS to anyone who is more visual and loves or wants a beautiful, display-worthy PC setup. It’s especially great for gamers, streamers and PC enthusiasts who enjoy customizing their builds.

A Few Things to Know

The Zalman P50 comes in different versions, including the standard Zalman P50 and the Zalman P50 DS.

The standard Zalman P50 doesn’t include pre-installed ARGB fans or an integrated display. Make sure you check and choose the version that suits your preference.

My Final Thoughts

I’m genuinely really happy with my decision to go with the Zalman P50 DS and enjoy sharing about it during my streams!

While my dream PC setup is still a work in progress (full white build), this case has already made such a difference to how everything looks. I love that it is white overall (which I love), and features the infinity ARGB fans beautifully. I am excited to continue building towards my full white dream PC setup with this Zalman P50 DS case.

If aesthetics and customization matter to you, I’d definitely recommend giving this case a look!
